My result-oriented outlook on life and my passion for helping others reach their goals led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I have over 31 years experience in Information Technology field holding various leadership roles. I’m a coach, mentor and champion for many people inside and outside my organization. My leadership journey started in 2001, when I attended Seton Hall University’s Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership (MASCL) program, where I graduated with honors. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. In addition, I hold an MBA in Information Decision and Technology Management from IONA College, where I graduated with honors.

As a proof of my commitment to developing others, I got my certification in leadership development coach (CLDC) from Workplace Coach Institute Inc. I’m also a co-author of the Character-Based Leader published through Dog Ear Publishing with the Lead Change Group. I’m a blogger who believes in knowledge sharing as a means to make this world a better place.
